Sowohl mit Greenbacks, als auch mit V 30 oder G12H30 oder T75 haben die nichts zu tun, sondern sind ein ganz eigene Creation, die lange nicht mehr hergestellt wurde, aber jetzt von Celestion wieder aufgelegt wird. Er gilt alsVorläufer des G12-T75, den ich komplett aber beschissen finde. Sie sind generell etwas Straffer in den Bässen, reichen auch nicht ganz so weit runter und haben eine große "Dust-Cap", die die Höhen sehr schmeichelhaft darstellt. Es sind also keine aggressiven Speaker, sondern eher runder und weicher.

Known as one of the best 4 x 12" speakers ever produced and identified as the voice of 1980s rock and blues, the G12-65 is hand-built in England adhering precisely to the initial design notes, specifications, materials and construction techniques of the original speaker. Celestion has paid strict attention to detail right down to the voice coil former material, glue formulations and edge-treatment. In addition, close consideration to matching the coil and magnetic flux specifications of the original model has been employed, while particulars, including solder-only tag panels and an authentic period real label, complete the package.

Die geben die Neuauflage mit 65 Watt an, was eigentlich zu ausgeprägteren Bässen führen müsste. Die Original hatten wohl nur 25 oder 30. Die dB Zahl stimmt wohl. Sonderlich effektiv sind die Dinger nicht, aber in einer 4x12 ist das vielleicht nicht so wild. Du spielst aber eher deftigeres, nicht wahr? Musst halt schauen, ob du mit den Teilen zurechtkommst!
