Hallo Leute,
bekanntermaßen hat sich ja EVH von seinem langjährigen Gitarren- und Amp Endorser Peavey verabschiedet. Die Gerüchte verdichten sich immer mehr, dass er jetzt bei Marshall einen Signature Amp herausbringen wird. Hab diesbezüglich schon mehrere Informationen im Netz gefunden, hier nur mal ein Bespiel:
Marshall is unveiling a new "re-issue" head at Namm next month. Its going to be a hand wired 100 watt Model 1959 Plexi head circa 1967....Sound familiar??!! They are basically putting out a copy of Ed's "Magic Marshall"!!! . Since Marshall doesnt make signature amps, but rather has artists endorse re-issue amps with thier signatures on them like Slash for the Jubille and Zakk for the 800, this could be a perfect opportunity for Ed to continue to get back to his roots like he did with Charvel and complete the cycle. How great would that be? "New" 100 watt plexi, variac, and his new charvels!!! Thoughts?
Ist schon glaubwürdig, finde ich, da EVH scheinbar in seiner Midlife crisis ist, und bereits Gitarrenmäßig "back to the roots", sprich Charvel gegangen ist. Und nun der Marshall deal. Finde ich cool. Jetzt muss er nur noch Daviod Lee Roth zurückbringen. (grins)
